I never deleted my reddit Account. I never got any kind of ban. Why does it say Steam ID not flaired.

Steam ID not Flaired indicates you have logged in with a reddit account that does not yet have a steam id64 flaired to it with RUGC. You should be able to login with your steam to continue the flair process.
